Windy City Recap

I’m back from the windy city and to be honest I didn’t want to come back.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Houston and my life here, but being surrounded my family I hadn’t seen in so long was wonderful. I met cousin (yes, the youngest is 5) and kids of my cousins (a few months old).

I’m trying to convince my parents to start celebrating Thanksgiving in Chicago so 10 years won’t go by without seeing everyone again.

Here are some photos from our trip and Thanksgiving day.

The reason we went to Chicago was for my cousin’s wedding and the wedding photos will be in another post.

My cousin Goyo took us around one of the days and we visited downtown Chicago, Wrigley Field and Northwestern University (my brother is scouting universities). Thanks Goyo!!

That’s my cousin Goyo between my brother and me, can you tell Beto is super cold?

Northwestern is in a little town called Evanston, it was super pretty and has an small town charm.

Here are a few photos I took during the Thanksgiving get together. The younger ones are all cousins and then of course the couple on the second row are my parents. Below are my dad’s siblings and my grandma.

More to come soon.
