I’m so thankful that I get to work with a great organization like Susan G Komen. It was my pleasure to cover the Pink Tie Gala that took place at the Omni Hotel on February 28.
KPRC Local 2 News Anchor Dominique Sachse hosted the evening and former Houston area Congressman Ken Bentsen spoke on behalf of founder Nancy Brinker.

The evening was truly a great success. Funds raised by the Pink Tie Gala will help to further conduct research, education, screening and treatment needed to help fight breast canter in the Greater Houston Area.
